First visit in several years because I rarely frequent that part of town anymore. Food was excellent. I had shredded beef chimichanga and others at the table had varieties of tacos/burritos. Pricing is in line with other Mexican restaurants in the area. Parking is the biggest problem. If you’re going at a peak time, it will be next to impossible to find a spot in the lot.

Our experience with this restaurant to be our first visit there is horrible. The sweet tea tasted like it was old and molded.. my date asked for a fresh glass and even told the waitress that it did not taste fresh, but it did not help, the second glass was the same. The tea was really not good at all!!

Service was amazing, food was absolutely delicious and drinks were good. We definitely recommend visiting this place if you’re looking for good Mexican food. Every single thing hit the spot so perfectly. Definitely get the queen if you’ve got space! I wrote too early!!! We had a family birthday and the crew came out with a sombrero and cake, and they sang to him. What a special 30th birthday!

We went Sunday, after church. It was super busy as expected, but they handled the crowds well. Food was ok. Chips were hard, kinda stale. I would go back at a better time to get a better idea of food quality. Our server was good, very busy, as she was the bartender also.

My family loves El Mexcal so I picked up to go from there. Please check your orders before you leave. I did not. Had to drive 15 minutes back to pick up missing items. As a result I had to reheat my carne asada and the quality was less than stellar. Tortillas were left off as well. Needless to say family dinner didn’t happen.

I ordered a large bowel chicken tortilla soup and queso. They only packed 1 bag of chips and wanted me to pay an extra $1.50 for a second bag. Chips are filled in maybe a quart size zip lock bag.
