Very yummy and fresh smoothie bowls and poke. It’s a little pricey but it’s good! We had the double scoop of the tuna with seaweed salad and crazy Mac and the 8oz Kraken smoothie. Everything was really good and was about $30. We ended up getting 12oz of crazy Mac to go for about $3.50. Definitely will be back!

So fresh and flavorful! I love poke and was so happy to find this place, especially since there aren’t any other poke places nearby. I had the kamano bowl with seaweed salad and squid salad and my husband had pele’s fire bowl with squid salad and crazy mac. Both were fantastic, especially the squid salad! We also split an Island Blends smoothie which was delicious. Nice staff and bright, calm atmosphere.

So far, I’ve only tried the “nice cream”, one of their smoothies, and an açai bowl. Everything is absolutely delicious and healthy. Eating feels healthy as their ingredients are mostly heavy and they don’t use sugar. The island blends smoothie is amazing, especially. The service is great, the food is made very quickly and the people are really nice. The building is beautiful with great air conditioning and has a Hawaii theme. The pricing is reasonable. Overall, an amazing place!

Went to watch the Boeing classic a couple of days ago, and while I was there we decided to get food from a food truck on the 10th hole to watch players tee off and ended getting a yummy poke bowl. The poke itself was really nice and chewy, with the nice addition of cucumber etc. The rice was a bit stiff and hard, but the Mac and cheese was good. I’m not sure what the green veggie under the Mac and cheese was, but it was also matched with the poke well. However, the food was at a event where there were only 2 food trucks so it was around $30 for this meal which is why I took off points.

Best blended bowls in Main land. They made exactly same bowls like in Hawaii. In entire Hawaian Islands Kuaii is known for best bowls. This store makes same level of amazing bowls. Glad they are in Monroe.

This is my favorite place in town. My daughter and I come often and I love the proximity to the lake and park. The best part is the fresh organic food. I’ve tried several of their smoothies and it’s pretty amazing how diverse the flavors are. My favorite smoothies are the mint chip (it’s as good as a milkshake y’all) and the nutty one. I also love the poke bowls! They’re always fresh and delicious. The staff are all so sweet and have even made my daughter things she makes up, like a mango only smoothie.

My toddler ate it all! It’s hard to get her to eat a full meal and she scarfed this down. I also loved mine! I got açaí bowls sooo much in California and this still topped any other place I’ve been. We got the beach bowl and added vanilla protein powder. I hear their poke is really fresh and delicious too!
