We love Potbelly!!!! This location was a winner! Nicely made sandwiches filled with plenty of meat and cheese with all the toppings we ordered and wanted. We also enjoyed their chocolate milkshakes complete with a cookie that goes over the straw. Sandwiches and shakes were all beyond delicious. We also bought a jar of Potbelly peppers! Their peppers are amazing! They make any good sandwiches GREAT!!!! Employees were friendly and welcoming. Tables were clean as was the floor area. We would definitely highly recommend this Potbelly.

If I could give it a zero star I would. I waited 30 minutes for the staff to make a sub. They told to it’ll take 15 minutes and then they said we are just wrapping it. I could see it sitting on the side but they kept taking new orders and that was another 15 minutes. When I asked them again, they had the audacity keep working same cold sandwich and I had to cancel the order. Don’t think I’ll be come back to this location.

My recent visit to Potbelly Sandwiches was incredibly disappointing. The mismanagement and chaotic atmosphere were overwhelming. The staff seemed uncoordinated and disorganized, resulting in long wait times and frustration. To make matters worse, their online ordering system proved to be useless as my order was completely mishandled, causing further delays. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to neglect efficient online order management. Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Potbelly Sandwiches needs to address these issues promptly to improve customer satisfaction.

First photo below shows the “Italian sub” as advertised and shown on menu; Other photos show what was actually delivered when ordered via Uber Eats – a plain bread with 2 thin slices of meat and a thin slice of cheese – none of the other sandwich fixens shown and that you would expect with an Italian sub; no dressing or condiments either. Good relaxing environment, quick service, casual atmosphere. I personally stop here for lunch before I walk into the Cinemark cinema and they provide a decent selection of sandwiches, desserts, beverages along with custom ingredients, toppings, etc. I like having their Wack Sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo included and I haven’t gotten tired of it yet. Recommended.

The Potbelly at Fairfax Corner is the best one ever. My elderly mom and I have been going in at least once a week since the summer. Hands down it’s the best… The best service, the best prepared food, the best atmosphere, and most importantly the nicest staff – with a special shout out to Anthony who we’ve gotten to know since first going in. His friendliness, attitude, and genuine interest in my mom and me having a good meal and enjoyable time makes a visit to this Potbelly better than dinner at the Ruth Chris Steakhouse at the other end of block, actually, ten times better.
