It’s so good I went there this year again had to have the cherry cobbler!!! Very good brisket and sausage. Sides lots of options, I chose green beans they were good. Cherry cobbler was good served warm chose it plain and it was great! Portions are good size. It’s so good we went there twice this week!

Their fried okra is the best! Breading is perfect and it’s always crispy.Their chopped brisket sandwich is consistently good. Haven’t tried much else on their menu except meat plates and that’s usually brisket. I think the rest of their food is good too. I do buy their beef jerky from time to time. It’s always a favorite of mine.Service is great. I called 10 minutes until closing asked if it was ok to still order that I was on my way. They had no problem making my order. Parking is never a problem either. Good location & good food.

Always amazing super clean , excellent quality of food .The owners should be so proud of the employees and the way they run the business,I am always impressed by the friendliness and efficiency and the quality of the food every visit . Yesterday was extremely special while getting a to go order the sweet lady running the register offered me a fresh piece of fried biscuit that they serve for the patrons dining in and it was heavenly and she sold me on bringing my family to dine in sometime .The food is always crafted with LOVE and you can tell .I have an hour drive home and even over an hour later food was still nice and warm and my little fried biscuits before the drive were amazing to tide me over while having to smell the wonderful aroma the whole car ride .So thank you Texas for your Excellency in service,food and cleanliness , I appreciate y’all !

This was a very clean local barbecue joint. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Barbecue is always a little pricey but I do think that you can get more for the same price at some other places. It was definitely very good so that is a big plus. I would return happily and will recommend it to others.

Not sure this is the best BBQ Texas has to offer but here it goes.. My girlfriend got sick 5 hours later after eating the steak fingers and BBQ. I ate a chopped brisket sandwich with onion rings. I got more portions from Ribcrib after looking at my order. The onion rings batter could have the dead sea water mix as the salt was high. I am a big fan of eating brisket without sauce. Their sandwich is smaller than a Big Mac, this is Texas right? The sauce?, I know a 70 year old dude who they could do business with to replace the sauce. I had a brisket sandwich in Pensacola last year, the owner was from Texas and served a Texas size sandwich. I can say they have a clean business with good menu options. They did take an order 30 minutes prior to closing, but with the pricing being too high and a sick girlfriend later. The least I can give is 2 stars and that’s being generous.

The food here is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! I haven’t had better BBQ anywhere!! Everyone likes different places, but for my family and myself, this place is where it’s at!! Staff is always so friendly and nice!! My oldest son had the chopped BBQ sandwich and it’s pretty good size and is awesome! My husband had the 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket with a side of Mashed potatoes and okra. It was phenomenal!! Their toast is SUPERB!! I had the 2 meat playe as well. Sausage with sliced brisket. Their brisket….OMG!! is wonderful!! Their BBQ sauce is fantastic!! My middle son had a cheeseburger and he said it was delicious! My daughter had the grilled cheese and she ate it all!! Must have been pretty good cause she never eats all of much!! This is my go-to BBQ restaurant!!!!

The food was okay, the Mac and cheese was strangely resembled craft shells Mac and cheese, it was more pasta in liquid cheese than anything else. You could tell they weren’t used to having high traffic, seemed lost and unorganized at times.
