I bought wings and steak tater tots. The wings were good but instead of tossing them in the parmesan sauce they squeezed sauce all over them and the paper. The tater tots were not good. They reached in and pulled the tater tots out of the containers were the toppings were and put toppings on them. If they were deep fried before it might of helped. I would not get them again. ( I would go next door and get them). Also the tracker was way off. It said my food would be ready in 1-5 minutes. From that point it was 20 minutes. The employee that took my order was very nice and helpful.

We ordered Domino’s Pizza off of their website and it sent the delivery to the wrong location. The location that it sent it to canceled the order because it couldn’t deliver to that address. In order to get our free pizza we have to be able to get it delivered to the website and it refuses to send it to the right location The branches were completely not helpful at all The location that we had the order go to canceled the order without any help and the location that we needed to have it sent to would not help us get it ordered and paid for even though it was a free pizza off the website so basically left us without dinner and absolutely no help.

Order wasn’t ready as indicated and unfortunately the two girls working there personal conversation about their life and dating was way more important than watching the orders and marking my order completed so I could pick it up. Very disappointed made corporate complaint but was never contacted other than the form email.

According to the staff, who didn’t tell me directly but instead yelled at each other about it, my pizza was “lost”. The entire twenty minutes after they told me that, one of the staff was leaning against some racking on his phone and didn’t do anything else (his name is Josh). The other two who were clearly new to working, ran around like chickens with their head cut off. Nobody updated me on the status of my order. 25 minutes later I had to ask them about it, only to be informed rudely that they’re “working on it”.

The cashier was very rude after I asked her was a pizza ready for me. She asked the pizza maker do he have a pizza ready for “him”. Then she looked me up and down. Then she walked out back door. I almost canceled my order. My pizza tasted like someone spilled cinamon sugar on it. I was very disappointed in the whole experience

Had to call the store to ask them to deliver the pizza out to the car. Late, but Dominoes offered a free pizza, though not the same size or amount of toppings . Plus, you have to wait 2 days to use the points they give you. So, in order for them to make it right, you have to become more of a customer. I’d rather just have money refunded.
