I ordered from the app, however when picking up my food it was not the same size as what was previously given. I tried to speak with the cashier to possibly upgrade, only to be treated like a problem and have the manager called immediately. The manager was worse than the cashier, treating me as if I were only there to fight. She refused to do anything to help, and it ended with me just offering to take something for less than what I paid for. My clumsy butt ended up dropping the item, with the manager noticing, only for her to walk away without offering to replace it.

I have always loved taco bell. Unfortunately for us there is not one in Ozark, so we have to drive a little. There is one in Daleville however, that store needs to be closed due to horrible everything. This Dothan location is on point with excellent customer service, very friendly staff, great Taco Bell food, and they even make us a couple of items no longer on the menu. If you love Taco Bell this is the location worth driving out of your way for.

ordered food 10 minutes before arriving, when we got to the window we were asked to wait, and continued to wait. when my boyfriend said to me it was taking forever after 8 minutes of sitting there without them asking anything, 2 employees caught an attitude with us saying to give them a minute. will not come back.

Love this new Taco Bell. I have never been disappointed. Their food is delicious and I really like sitting at the tables in their outdoor area. I usually get the $5 meals which are a really good deal. My daughter loves the Mexican pizza.

We often order on the app and pick up… Think they are short staffed most of the time, but the service is always great and the food is also. My order is always correct… and the one time they were out of a specific item, they threw in a freebie & taco coupon!

Ordered a veggie power bowl, and the rice was like tiny rocks. I don’t know if it was undercooked or stale, but it made the whole thing inedible. This has happened two times in a row. Will not be going back.

When it comes to a late night gotta grab something to eat, well it don’t get much better than Taco Bell. The prices are always pretty good, especially for the dinner boxes with a drink. That’s what I got and I will definitely satisfied.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star if there was an option for zero I would of selected it. Pictured below is my “steak quesadilla” (just a tortilla with a tiny bit of cheese when I opened it up) I don’t leave reviews ever unless it’s exceptional service and i just feel like they deserve to be bragged on. Meaning I rarely ever leave a bad review…BUT THIS was awful and the worker at the window was rude.
