I ordered chicken fried rice 3 times, all the times the rice were half raw. Today was almost 70% raw. The orange chicked that I ordered the first time wasn’t even like orange chicken so I quit ordering orange chicken. Previous time I ordered Szechuan chicken, it was like old orange chicken newly fried in oil and soy sauce. Now the chicken fried rice was the worst in the world. This is my last time going there.

Came here to din in they didn’t have and dining place but they had an open kitchen though the food would be great but was disappointed with the taste of the dishes I ordered wasn’t up to Chinese standards and never near just overly soya sauced food without balancing the flavors will or recommend

Ordered from Grubhub the food got here super quick and was still hot. The orange chicken has the perfect flavors. The only reason I took off a star was because I ordered extra hot and got medium at best.

We have ordered twice from Skillman Wok. Both times the food was great! We have ordered the Orange Chicken – no spice, Orange Beef – no spice & Orange Beef – mild. Extremely happy because most places can’t accomplish mild – it’s either no spice or hot. LoL. We, also, the Sweet & Sour Chicken. It was really good too. Prices are great & portions are so good that each meal served us twice. These meals also came with an egg roll. I recommend if you want good Chinese made like you want- call/ go to Skillman Wok. They deliver too!

So I was back in the Irving area and the first thing I had to order was Skillman Wok. I was so excited when it got here I forgot to take pictures. I ordered enough to last several days. My food arrived quickly and was very hot and a lot of it. If you ever go hungry with just even one of their dishes I applause you because they give enough food to share. I got both the wonton and hot and sour soup, the combo plate with my two dishes of General Tsos chicken and lo mein noodles and steamed rice, combination sweet and sour (my usuals), and I tried a new dish for me which was the San Sien Fragrance (where has that been all my life). Everything was so AMAZING as always and everyone from the person who took my order to my delivery driver was Awesome and just as friendly as ever. My order was correct which I never had a problem with. I really miss them and my only suggestion would be to open one in Mesquite TX. I’ve recommended this place to so many people in Irving and I would turn so many people on to Skillman Wok in Mesquite in a heartbeat. I’d of course be ordering delivery or pickup more than I probably should. I don’t think this place would have a problem having a location there. Thanks for the best food and service ever and I miss y’all and next time I’m in Irving I’ll be ordering again… Heck I’ve been thinking about ordering some to take back with me… LoL

We’ve eaten here for YEARS!! I will drive to Irving from wherever I am to eat here. I normally get the sweet and sour chicken. The skewers are good. And of course chicken fried rice. All classics. Love this place!
