I ordered from Jimmy John’s for the first time. I ordered online it was very simple to do that. Mu order was ready when I got there so that was great because I was on my lunch break. I also ordered a large sweet tea. I love a very sweet tea, it is enough to taste the sugar but no too much to overload someone who doesn’t, so it was a very good balance. I ordered the little Pepe with extra lettuce, it seemed like it wasn’t extra lettuce on it to me. The peppers I added to my sandwich has a distinct taste, so good, just enough spice I loved it. The price was $3.99 so a very fair price. I will visit again.

Hours are inconsistent, half the time I order isn’t right, and today will be my last time getting food from here because the staff literally shamed me for my order. I’ve heard of them doing this with my friends, but I’m seriously shocked after having it happen to me. I love the food so much when they do it right but not worth dealing with the miserable staff.

Love the employees here, they are nice and I know it’s not their fault when it is busy. However, for the company as a whole: you cannot claim the title of freaky fast when its a whole freaky 2 hours late. I order from here when I’m on a time crunch due to supposedly being quick, but when I’ve waited my entire lunch break, and longer, and haven’t gotten to eat anything because I’ve been waiting– ☹️. Not to mention it’s not easy to to cancel the order if it’s going to be late like this, it’s an inconvenience really. But again, nothing against the employees themselves.

Freaky slow delivery. This location used to be great, but lately they are late every time I order by about 20 minutes. I order at least once a week and the late delivery is inconvenient for folks with scheduled lunch times.

Food is great and fresh when they have it. If you call past 8, don’t expect to order. They never have bread past 8 which is ridiculous and if I were the owner, I’d want to know that, I hope he sees this. For the most part the employees are good except this one blonde guy. He’s rude, he always messes up my food and then throws it away. What a waste. It’s happened multiple times. He is short with an attitude and condescending, anytime he is there I want to walk right back out. and I have a couple of times, YES, he is that bad. I hope they replace him fast.
