Got a classic chicken sandwich. Couldn’t even finish it. It tasted like it was cooked in old rancid oil and left a bad after taste also dried chicken around the edges like it was sitting in warmer or under heat lamp for hours. Had a bad experience previously with a bucket of dried out chicken thought maybe I give them another chance. No more chances

Ordered through uber eats. Was missing all sauce including extra sauces we paid for. Our drinks were missing ice and were not filled very full. We were not provided with any straws or utensils either. I would be more likely to order again if they were more attentive to making sure online orders had everything actually ordered.

It’s your standard KFC, with standard KFC faire. I have only been to this location once. I had a large order, which was correct for pick up. I stood at the counter for an unusually long time while the staff near the fryers looked on. Eventually, a young lady ambled up to assist us. No one was overly friendly, but they also weren’t rude.

Unfortunately, KFC chicken has gotten too expensive for a casual meal with the family. I don’t fault the local branch for that. But what has changed is that this specific location used to accept coupons regardless of expiration dates. It used to be on their wall in a statement of commitment to quality and customer service that they would accept expired coupons. I don’t know if there was a change in ownership or not but it’s very disappointing for me. Regardless it’s still very good chicken.

Clean store quick with the service and very kind. Unfortunately I don’t get much food anymore even though it’s costing much more. This isn’t just at this place either, seems to be this way everywhere I eat for the most part anymore. I understand that I am not going to get in shape eating out especially fried chicken or any fast food places, so why do they have to limit my servings. I know I’m fat and I am not eating here to be healthy so quit limiting my servings and charging more money for less food! Thank you.
