Ordered extra pepperoni on my pizza and would have been disappointed with it if I had ordered regular pepperoni. Check your order before you leave or if delivery take pics to prove what you received is correct or incorrect.

Katherine and Elisa (hope that spelled correctly) went above and beyond for the first time Big New Yorker pizza. We had these in the 90s and thank you for making it a great experience. This is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite on my way to work. Samantha is probably the only reason I’ve gone so many times as she is always so nice and always puts so much effort in making sure it’s prepared just right every time. I’ve never had my pizza or anything undercooked or overcooked it’s done quickly and efficiently. She always makes it enjoyable with great customer service it’s definitely the only Pizza Hut I would recommend.

Random lil bitty
Order took an hour to get here. They’re so short staffed that they have to use DoorDash to complete the delivery and when I received the order they forgot my 2 liter. I called to get a refund just for my 2 liter, Katherine is new and doesn’t know how to refund someone and is there alone without full training being provided and then yelled at me and told me she doesn’t have to serve me and hung up. As a person who works in customer service this is completely uncalled for!

My experience was not bad but not great, i have the app and they did not have an option for delivery so i settled for carryout ordered a pizza, wings and breadsticks. Price was over what you’d expect for pizza but what really seemed out of place was an option for a tip for carryout? Gave a tip cause why not? I got a notification that said pizza was ready got to the location and it wasnt and waited 15 more minutes there. The three stars are for the pizza being nostalgic for me but bad customer service and carryout tips were the missing two stars.

I will never order from pizza hut again. Last week I ordered a family size pasta, got the regular size and they said the only difference was in the price. Tonight I ordered pizza and pasta and never got it. They don’t offer refunds, but will say is was undeliverable and I may get my money back in 5 business days… So no food and no money! Never. Again!
