Customer service was good but the establishment was dirty, dirty! Updating this review as I stayed a little longer the manager was talking awful to an employee that appeared to be slightly handicap. He needed the key to open the toilet paper container to fill it and she was screaming that she wasn’t gonna give it to him to just put the toilet paper in the bathroom. Believe the young man’s name was Alex. Corporate is going to be getting a call regardless if they are a franchise they still have to operate under guidelines. The woman in the picture I’m assuming is the manager was the individual yelling at Alex!

The food was like most Wendy’s. I think they were short staffed the day I went. When I was attempting to order the manager kept yelling no several times in the background while they assisted the drive thru. When another customer after me began to order the manager yelled no several times again. Neither of us were sure if it was directed at us, but I believe it was unprofessional either way. The dining area was in need of cleaning as there was food on the floor near tables. If you’re hungry it’s ok, but I suggest the drive thru and as I stated before I believethwu were short staffed that day.

I ordered food in the drive-through lane today at 1:45 and didn’t get my food until 2 in line. The lady taking orders was rude and sighed when I gave her my order. The burger was disgusting and very sloppily made. My fries were cold. The lemonade looked extremely different from yesterdays-which was concerning. I feel like people work hard for their money and if they’re on lunch it shouldn’t take that long to get their food, and when they get it-it should be edible. This place has gone downhill. I used to love this place. One piece of advice, if you don’t like your job at Wendy’s-quit. It’s not like you couldn’t get a job elsewhere since everyone is hiring right now. Customer service should still be priority as well as the quality of your product. Please change something because people will start eating elsewhere.

I visited this Wendy’s on a Sunday afternoon through the drive-thru and I had a good interaction with the manager, Monica. I had to change my orders a couple of times and she was patient through it all. I had the chicken bacon wrap. It wasn’t very well wrapped, but tasted good nonetheless. Infact, the service was so good, I ended up visiting twice in one day.

Corporate needs to do a better job at supporting staffing at this location. Everyone complains about speed and cleanliness, but if corporate isn’t providing good pay and working conditions, they can’t expect to bring people in to staff the hours properly. A 25 minute drive thru wait is pretty crazy.

This will be the last time I come to this location. Guy at the counter was rude, slow and inefficient. This is called a FAST food restaurant for a reason. Place is still pretty dirty. And by the way, I ordered a pecan salad and was not given pecans, was also given ranch instead of the pomegranate vinaigrette, and some of the apples were already brown. Management here and upper management need to make some changes at this location. There are way too many BAD reviews for this location.

This location is very dirty, the tables were actually very dirty and the floors were sticky. the machine to take the drinks is super dirty. I actually thought a lot about staying and ordering my burger, which I regret because I ended up ordering a burger and ended up throwing it away. They put a lot of mayonnaise on it and the fries were cold. This location definitely needs a deep clean, and better people to take your order.
