Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! The food was messed up when it was delivered and I bought 2 pizzas only one was delivered!! When I called the store to ask about my pizza I was on hold for 25 just for the worker to tell me “ Im pretty busy right now “ ????! Are you serious ?????? Give me a refund I ask and he says he can’t do ANYTHING for me never eating here again I’m going to the store to get my money back

Moved to ELPTX in late 2020 and was happy to find a decent pizza place, close to my home. However, the customer service and quality has declined over the past two years. The pizza is dry, toppings are few and the staff has become increasingly rude and unconcerned about true customer service. A ‘yes ma’am’ from the person behind the counter, accompanied by a glare is more frightening than reassuring or inviting when reporting an issue. We have recently ordered four separate times giving them the benefit of the doubt, including tonight and have finally called it quits with Speedys – Monroe location. In fact, we returned the pizza this time and requested a refund. The next pizza we buy will be from the market or commisary and baked in our own oven. I’m sure the frozen pizza quality will be better. Whomever owns this place, enjoy the run because If your present level of service and product quality continue this way. you’ll probably continue having good business from customers who are desperate for pizza. Just hope to goodness they never taste a good pizza because over time youe business may eventually bite the dust. We’re New Yorkers and our order is simple.. . a large cheese pizza with extra cheese. How difficult is that, yet still substandard. Check out a pic of the very dry and tasteless extra cheese pizza, we were served and returned tonight.

Pizza is good but the service on more than one occasion has not been. And also I tried to place an order for a small pizza so I called at 9:47 and the guy told me that they were already closed. I was like, don’t you guys close at 10? He was like, “yeah, but we shut the oven off at 9:40” It’s not the first time and i’m so over it. Monday July 3rd for him and his managers know what day it was and who was working. Because like I said, this is not the first time.

Was delicious a lil burnt but to be honest it gave it a real good flavor an don’t get me wrong I hate burnt stuff an overcooked but this was soft chewy an a perfectly crisp crust with lil burnt circles of flavor. Perfection.

Tried this place out today. Friendly staff and pretty good pizza. My total for a personal pizza and drink was only $5.13. With that price I was thinking that it was probably gonna be a small pizza. When I got it, holy cow, it was huge! I could only eat half of it and I brought the rest home for dinner. I was very impressed by the size versus cost. I can’t remember the last time I was full, had left overs, and it only cost me 5.13. The place was pretty busy and only had to wait a few minutes for the pizza. I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in town.

They have a lot of flavor varieties for pizza and wing. We had the supreme specialty pizza and wings that come with a combo. Reasonably priced. It’s a satisfying meal.

Place is decently big, you can dine in if you prefer to, no ATM. Prices are similar to Pizza Pros, good combo prices. Place looks clean, didn’t use the restroom so don’t know if they are clean.
