Just called to place an order for pickup and they had me on hold for 5 minutes. I called at 10:12PM and the store advertises they close at 12AM. Once someone answered, they quickly blurted out “ just to let you know we’re closed” and hung up. I couldn’t even get a word in. The girl was very rude in her tone.

I had a coupon given through Utah State University as a graduate. Well it expired and they would not honor it. I do understand it was a few days expired. In theory it was not free my student fees paid for it. I Should of paid closer to the expiration date but honestly they were quite rude about it inspite of the circumstances

I ordered pepperoni and sausge they forgot the sausage and put it on after it was cooked … it looks like can spam cut up in chunks. Not what I was expecting doesn’t look appetizing at all. They said yes some times we forget and just put it on afterits cooked. Very disappointing .
