I ordered the kids chicken tacos 3x this week. Third time ordering went downhill. They forgot my white rice and I was given such a small chicken portion. I came in to complain and the manager told me she informed the crew to cut down on the chicken for the kids meals, but the chicken portion I was given does not fill up my tacos correctly. I am paying for chicken tacos as my main course, not tortilla shells.Manager did not give me anything for the inconvenience. I work in food service myself and that kids portion was EXTREMELY small. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have Covid so my roommate went to get me food from this chipotle. For reference I get a kids build your own because it’s all I really need and it’s more affordable than a bowl. She called me while at the store and said they were charging $18.00. I said no that’s not right it should be around $5 with tax. When my roommate returned she said they charged me $8.90 for a kids meal that is usually 4.95. Not only this but they gave us the wrong receipt so getting the proper refund took even longer. Then my roommate went back and took up 40 minutes of her time when she was just doing a favor. They then took the food from her and said they would remake it even though the charge was the problem and not the food. And then they wanted to charge me for the food being remade. I ended up telling my friend to leave and forget about the order they were making. Safe to say I will now be visiting other chipotles. The cashier that didn’t know what he was doing was named Hunter and well as the infamously horrible manager. There’s a reason it’s known as the worst chipotle in town.

Just like everyone else says. Service is bad here. I ordered online and went to pick it up and they did not have my order or had received it. I showed them my conformation and showed where on the app it said it was ready for pickup. So they reprinted my order and still messed it up. Mixing items on the two burritos. Learned my lesson to just go to the other chipotle in town.

Literally the worst location to get food at. The service and management are the absolute worst. You will sit in the chipotle lane for several minutes without being acknowledged and the food quality is garbage. This location on Wellborn hasn’t always been like that but recently with all these kids starting to work there w no respect, it’s terrible service.

First impression, busy with the collage students. Several dirty tables and the long table across from the drink station. We ordered and decided to stay in to eat. No one ever came out to clean the tables. Went to support our granddaughter’s school fundraiser Southwood Valley Elementary Yes, I forgot to mention before paying so no credit to school was available.
