Let me start by saying that my food tasted great, the server was nice and fairly attentive…..that being said, I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger instead. I also ordered a to-go meal and was missing my grits which was part of the one meal that I ordered as carryout. There is a definite lack of attention to detail at this location

Went to the Racetrack Road Waffle House and we’re told “it’s gonna be a few minutes guys”, this happened 5-6 minutes later when another couple came in. No on was clearing tables so we left and came over to Murtland Road.

Not the best waffle house location. I get they were busy but when we walked in there were four empty tables and two counter spits covered in dishes. When they finally got the dishes off one we sat down only to be yelled at that the table was not finished. It only needed wiped off for crying out loud. Then we sat for 10 minutes waiting on a menu eventhough multiple servers kept walking past. The food did come quick but was not very good. Bacon was burnt to a crisp, hashbrowns were burnt. Eggs were tasteless. The employees were too busy goofing off and acting like teenagers to effectively do their jobs eventhough they were clearly older than me. Just a bad experience.

Rockstar Joe & server Ryleigh have DEFINITELY got the BEST of both worlds with food and service at this location!!!! Our breakfast was delicious, timely, and our service was fast and friendly! Could not be more pleased! When in Washington, PA , this is the ONLY Waffle House I’ll be going to.

This Waffle House was actually clean, the staff was super nice and the food was amazing. Def recommend this location. Will be going to this location for now on when traveling. Especially in Washington area since most places there are pretty bad.

My first time at a Waffle House store #1664. Shelby and the rest of the girls are the best. One of the best dining experiences I ever had. Sara cooked the food perfectly. Couldn’t of asked for more.

We went there for our valentine’s day dinner, it was A very special experience. They had it decorated for a festive feel and made our day! Honestly, the manager, Sara was extremely helpful and friendly. She was actually the best manager we had ever seen in any place we had gone. The entire staff was exemplary. Many thanks to Sara and her staff for making our Valentine’s date soa memorable!

Of you’re looking for the epitomy of “greasy spoon” you’ve found it. The employees are happy and energetic. PRO TIP-they have something called an abc or alphabet menu. It’s a secret menu that has everything they can make on it. You have to ask for it and you’ll be blown away by the amount and variety of food that you can actually get from them. You’re welcome!
