Placed an online order, got home to find that one of my burgers was not fully cooked. I called the store to speak with a manager (Tim) and I was told that he was with a customer, could I please hold. After being on hold for about five minutes and listening to some less than appropriate music and the Cavaliers game, Tim comes to the phone, I explain that my burger was under cooked and I give my order number, name, and order details. Tim goes on to tell me that he was on “QC” and made sure that all of the burgers were done, so my burger was done. I explain that I am a customer not satisfied with my order and ask how can he help me resolve my issue? Tim tells me that I can call in the morning and speak with “Jess” the GM. I guess Five Guys does not believe in 5-star customer service.

It has been a while since I last ate at 5 Guys but I have always liked their food. This visit was no exception. The burger and fries were really good. My “beef” is with the price. I ordered a single cheeseburger with regular fries and regular drink. The total was over $21.00 and I had to choose my tip amount for someone behind the counter taking my order. There was also a very prominent tip bucket on the counter for cash sales. Sorry, but I am not going to spend a hundred dollars to take a family of 4 for burgers and fries at a fast food restaurant.

The bun for my burger was like it soaked in water… they replaced the bun but i ordered regular fries snd they were mixed with cajun fries which is not what i wanted.

Delicious food, terribly high prices. A complete scam. Other high quality burger joints will sell at a quarter of the price. Inexcusable. And they even skimp out on the fries now and don’t give much.

Its been years since I had five guys and I forgot just how good these burgers are! Since I’m doing the keto diet I had their lettuce wrap with the veggies that fit my macros and it was still amazing. Service here was fast. My only complaint is their pricing. Its not cheap but in line with other “fast casual” burger places.

Condiments are a sticky mess.Took 10 minutes and I’m the only one in the restaurant at 11:30 am. Three are behind the counter. This is ridiculous, I could have made it faster myself. Personal talk at the counter

Told them I arrived, for some reason they didn’t cook my fries. Me and my burger sat for 20 mins. They never bothered to ask the name on my order again. I paid $13 for a Luke warm burger with condensation on it. Yum.
