Avoid. Ordered a Boston cream donut and when I looked in the bag all the icing was gone. I question the staff and she said there was nothing she could do as the icing fell off due to the humidity. What?? I made her give us a new one with the icing still on. Also bought some munchkins. The staffer grabbed as many as she could with her hand and squashed them into the container. When we tried one they were very cold and tough. I suspect they were old and previously frozen. That was probably the reason the donuts were sticky and the icing runny.

Ordered two drinks, a sandwich, and a donut. Argued with me I never ordered one even though it was on my app. Got my food and go to eat it and I find hair and cheese paper in my sandwich. I never have problems at other locations, it’s always this one. Usually it’s missing items. Now it’s down right inedible material in food and hair in food.

Would go to Dunkin over Starbucks any day of the week! The service is superior and so is the taste of the coffee. It’s a win win! If only they could keep that brownie batter donut forever then we would be leaving an even better review!!

Service only gets 4 stars because they seem to get a little overwhelmed when busy tending to mess up orders sometimes. Doesn’t happen often. Visit on a regular basis and the quality stays consistent and respectable
