After a recent bad experience at the Waterloo Taco Bell, I had a great experience at this location! Drive thru was fast, the employee was very friendly, and the food was delicious. Probably the best tacos I’ve had from a Taco Bell!

The customer service here is spectacular. Every time I’ve been to this location the person taking my order in the drive thru is always cheerful and very nice. This location could probably smash everything and give me the wrong stuff and it would still be top tier compared to the Geneva location. I recently wrote a review for that location.. ugh.. awful. I wish the Canandaigua location was closer. Definitely recommend this location.

Staff is quick and serve the food hot. The food is never a mess like at other taco bells and the dinning area is clean, modern, and comfortable. I didn’t give five stars because when you go through the drive thru they usually forget to pack something that was ordered. Other than that, the food looks good and taste good.
