This Dunkin location has a good selection of donuts, bagels, drinks and Baskin Robbins ice cream. If you arrive after 6pm, the donut and bagel selections seem to be less. Hot drinks as well as iced drinks are available here. Lattes, iced or hot as well as cappuccinos are also available. The signature iced lattes are usually well made and handcrafted by the Dunkin barista. There is an extra charge for whipped cream topping on these drinks. *Service is usually prompt and courteous here. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait due to lack of staffing. You might want to consider mobile ordering ahead to avoid the hassle. Tables are clean and available to sit down and eat in store. There are times when the App won’t load or work properly, either due to spotty wifi issues or technical glitches. Be aware that using program rewards or deals could be affected by this. There is a small cooler with sodas and juice available for purchase here. They also have a refrigerated section with novelty ice cream cakes and treats for birthdays and seasonal holidays. The store is easy to find and convenient to access from the parking lot as well.

I use a perks card. I can prove that. I have been having problems with my coffee tasting funny. Sometimes like perfume or skim milk instead of cream. Loaded with too much sugar things like that at first I thought maybe stupidity or hand lotion but then I started to notice only in the evenings. So I started to return them. That’s when I noticed the manager always giving me a hard time about returning. From going there so long I have made a few friendly worker friends who told me she has been poking fun at how she puts skim milk in my coffee instead of cream.

I work for Amazon, I go to the Dunkin donuts down the road every morning before work. Any time I come to work and have to go to this one, my entire day is ruined. They are nice people, but unbelievably imcompetent. I order an english muffin, toasted and I add a beyond sausage because I can not eat cheese nor egg. EVERY OTHER DD in the world has accommodated accordingly and entered my meal correctly.

Dunkaccino’s are completely watered down. Last time I went and ordered 2 cappuccinos. One was a full cup, the other was barely 3/4. Seems like the worker misjudged how much milk to froth for 2 cups and simply didn’t care to correct it. Definitely the drawback of getting a cappuccino from DD instead of a coffeeshop.
