Little spot in a small strip mall that’s definitely over looked. Not so great on the outside but this place is nice inside and the food was fresh and delicious. Has the usual Thai , Chinese, sushi items but everything was excellent and so good. Some of the best, fresh fried wings I’ve had in a long time. Has a decent happy hour on weekends till 7pm too! Must go for the Lakewood, Cypress, Hawaiian Gardens area.

This sushi place never ceases to amaze me. The quality of everything is fresh, and the consistency is amazing. This has to be my all time new favorite sushi spot. They require you call for a reservation if you want to dine in. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They also have an amazing Matcha Green Tea IPA beer that is outstanding. I highly recommend eating here you won’t be disappointed Happy hour specials are a daily thing so make sure to scope out the deals behind the counter.

This place is pretty good as a sushi place when the sushi chef is the Japanese. Had someone else do my order last time and it was really bad. The other downside is that the bathrooms sometimes have a bad scent and it’s kind of gross eating there. If the sushi was consistent and the bathroom didn’t smell. This would be a 4 or 5 star restaurant. I think they should focus on sushi only. Instead of 2 business in one (Thai food). This place has potential.

First time visit to Hanako. We’re from San Diego, but next time we’re in town, we’ll be back for more! Service is a touch slow, so relax and be prepared to wait…it’s worth it tho. Everything I had was delicious and very good quality.

A very quaint setting which makes the space very inviting. You’re always in the line of sight of your servers as well which gives it a very personal feel. The food and presentation is fantastic. I enjoyed everything I chose on the menu, plus the substitute suggestions of our server. I will certainly be going back whenever I feel an urge for sushi. The price wasn’t bad at all; very affordable and good quality sushi. For an added bonus their ramen is very delicious as well, so don’t be afraid to just stop in for ramen too!

This place is a gem…..we have been here twice and both times have been absolutely amazing. Today we made it to happy hour and the service is outstanding! I recommend the crispy rice with spicy tuna…it’s fresh and delicious! Not to mention their $3 beers for happy hour….we are definitely coming back for more
