The other team members were all in a great mood and also made sure to speak to me to see if needed anything while I was still deciding what to order. Oh my gosh, honestly, the first go around at their old location I got some hard bread. But “Q” is AMAZING! Completely took care of me, didn’t make me feel bad about calling or anything, and their new space looks great! Truly fast subs that taste great with an amazing team. Hit this location up! And if you park on W Lake St between Hennepin & Girard for two-three minutes you can jump in and out with no problem!

The store manager Zach was very helpful and had good customer service skills but this store lacks efficiency and accuracy. They gave us a completely different sandwich in our order and when we asked for a new one, it took an hour to receive (when I live only 4 min away) AND still had a mistake in the sandwich (missing pickles)…

If you want a place to eat, don’t go there. It’s a take out type of place. There is no parking in the front of the store so you will have to walk a little bit once you find parking. I tried summer sandwich chicken Caesar wrap and it was just ok.

The manager here is great! I called when they had lost power in the morning to try to fulfill a group order for my office. They truly put in a ton of work to make sure we got all of our food! There was even a mix up with one of the sandwiches and they gave us a new one free of charge! I probably called them 5 times and every time they were so nice and willing to help make the experience the best possible given the circumstances. Every time I have ordered huge orders from this location for my office they have been a pleasure to work with!
