Ramos Redux Mesa is a family owned & operated Mexican restaurant. Formally known as Casa Ramos established in Heber/Overgaard in 2007. For 15 years we proudly served the white mountains and are so grateful for the community that supported us all those years. Now Open in Mesa Arizona we welcome our community to join us in continuing this journey along side us. Our main focus is to bring a more tradition and memorable experience to the valley. our main goal is creating comfort food, comida cassera taping into flavors from Jalisco Mexico with a chicano twist. Had a wonderful experience here the other night! The staff was very welcoming and attentive throughout our meal! The street corn dip was delicious and they had so many unique cocktails to choose from! Enchiladas were amazing and my date had the pollo asado which was delicious as well! Definitely recommend this gem for a date night or nice dinner out. We will definitely be back!!

I had the chicken mole enchiladas and my gf had the asada burrito, the portions were perfect, mole was delicious, all tasted house made, very impressed. Main dining area was a little too open and echoey for me, but if that’s the worst thing about it I’d recommend it for everything else

Atmosphere was nice. Staff was friendly but absent. The host and waitress stood around and talked to the bartender the whole time. Our drinks were not refilled and we were not giving serving utensils. We could not get the waitresses attention so had to share our forks with eachother in order to serve. Food was good but small portions. We had fajitas. We will not be back because of the poor service.
