The manager is always rushing and you can tell the employees are scared to make their own decisions in regards to customer service. It seems so simple to go thru a drive thru and get some coffee and snacks but whenever I have a question he seems to disregard me and tell me there are other people waiting in line. It has happened almost every time I’ve been here and I just can’t support this service anymore I’m sorry.
