This has been my number 1 spot lately. Coffee is excellent, and the beans make for a good French press cup at home, but it can sometimes be too sweet when purchased ready at the store. Super prompt service and a very relaxing environment. They even have a warm fireplace for those cold winter days. I love it.

Some associates need to be trained better on how they treat customers along with having an attitude check. How embarrassing for the barista that decided to roll her eyes at me then proceeds to hand me my drink and then just close the door. There was no “have a good day” nothing. Just a window close. Thank god there is a Starbucks just right down the road, this place lost my business & my drink was thrown in the trash.

I had never been here before and I’ll never go back after today. I was asked if I wanted whipped cream on my fit frappe and I said no; pulled up to the window and it had whipped cream on it. I politely mentioned that I hadn’t wanted whipped cream and she took the cup dumped off the whipped cream, along with half my drink, and gave it back to me. She was extremely rude!

I really wanted to do 5 stars- it’s what I gave when I first started-I’ve grown a relationship with these girls- and I always take care of them-and have always felt the same but recently the new staff is just rude and obnoxious- the other girls have twice had to step in to finish my order or take my payment and today another one of the girls said I misinterpreted it which hurt my feelings as I am a grown up and the show put on to avoid me was as obvious as the other 2 times- fake laughing-time #3 dealing with the new one -snarky and smirky -I don’t just see things – the new staff is not as kind and not who needs to be working with public- sad to leave this review but it matters who you hire ♀️and it matters when you attempt to make the customer think it’s not happening in front of them. Ugh- too much $$ for coffee to not have the right staff. Good luck French- I’ll miss you. But I’m not coming to get smirked at for coffee- I don’t treat people like that so I won’t be treated like that.

Staff is always rude. I keep trying it and they are so rude. No paper towels in bathroom. The lady before told staff. They rollled their eyes then laugh and talked behind her back then I told them there was no paper towels same thing. Then messed up drink said no whip cream then just scooped the whip cream off cup was sticky and gross. Rude staff will never go or recommend

The service, and my coffee, were great! Ariana was friendly and made sure she got my order correct. I hardly had any wait time at all for my drinks to be made, and they were delicious! They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The coffee shop is conveniently located and was very clean with a friendly atmosphere.
