This place is the worst. I did an online order, I picked up at the window. I noticed the employee gave me my pizza very carefully. The box wasn’t hot. After I laid it on the seat I heard it move around. I opened the box and it looked like it had been peiced together off of old orders. It was cold and hard and looked as if it some of it had been eaten. I called back the employee knew exactly who I was and offered a new pizza. That tells me it wasn’t a mistake, it was intentional. Went back to get it and it had no sauce on it. If I could rate Castlewood Domino in Flowood MS a -10 I would. Worst experience ever.

My wife placed an order for me to pick up. She selected curbside pick up. Since I didn’t have the app I went inside and asked for the order and and gave all the details that short white guy asked. He refused to hand over me the pizzas because I didn’t have the app for the curbside pickup. Never this place again.

So disgusted with Domino’s!!! I ordered pizza and was starving, I started eating in the car before i got home, put the pizza in the fridge and when I finally looked at the pizza there was a fly that had been baked into my pizza just laying there burnt to a crisp! I could have even that pizza!!! It was the next slice to be eaten just so happened I looked at the darn thing. I called the store back and she was nice and asked did I want them to remake it??? Ughhh no I will never eat at your store again.. Im very very disappointed. She then told me I can come to the store to get a refund and when I get there, the lady I talked to was not there, but the manager that was in the store was very rude and could care less. She did not even come out to talk or apologize she just let her employees run back and forth passing messages, so unprofessional!!!

3 strikes you’re out. 1. Folded up jumbled pizza. 2nd try… Requested no garlic, even called to confirm, got garlic… 3rd try pizza sat on rake for 30+min before delivered barely warm with hardened crust….3 tries and you’re out!, horrible management, horrible customer service, polite drivers.

Ordered over the phone. Recommend the app as person taking the order does not suggest the best deal for your money. Paid $3+ more than I should have had I paid closer attention to the specials. The person taking my order was nice. He was from a call center, so not a reflection on that location. Signed up for text alerts. Did pick up. Food was hot and fresh.

This is our Domino’s location and we love it!! We’ve been ordering from here for years and it has remained pretty awesome!! And we have never sat in the drive thru for longer than 10 minutes and that was at the height of covid a few years ago! We usually just have it delivered though and delivery is always equally as great! One last thing… don’t be stingy, y’all!! TIP YOUR DRIVER, GENEROUSLY!!!
