When we arrived the workers were outside talking. When we walked by one of them flicked a cigarette in my direction and barely missed. Once inside we were rushed to order even though we were not ready. After ordering we didn’t get part of our order. They said they were out of the item but didn’t tell us that before ordering. They didn’t offer to refund that item or replace it. On top of all of that the brisket was very very dry. We will never eat here again. Wish I could give less stars, one is too many.

My mother & I came to grab a quick bite at Dickey’s. We were greated right away with a smile. The staff was very attentive. The food was prepared in a timely manner & it was hot. Ordered online. I wanted to get a whole smoked brisket but one was not available for same day pick up. I ordered 4 individual 1 lb orders as the whole smoked states its 4 lbs and feeds 10-12. When i arrived for pickup, after order tracker notification, I was told they had no orders for pickup. They proceeded to call the other store in town with no results. They then found my receipt in the trash. I was told to wait and they would prepare it. Upon receipt of the brisket prepared, I asked about the order as I received two ‘half containers’ @ 75%full. I believe I received four orders and not 4lbs as ordered. The received order will not feed 10-12.This is not the same size as a whole brisket order and sure as heck not worth the $86 paid. Bad service, bad order fulfillment, bad customer experience. Second time I’ve had experience here. I know it’s a franchise but this Texan thinks the brand needs to secret shop here and get a first hand experience of representation.

Terrible experience! Been a big fan of Dickey’s BBQ for a long time and ate at many locations but this was the worst yet. The cook does not know what he’s doing back there and the food was poor quality! All of our orders were wrong in some way!!! The only saving grace was the waitress. She was very nice and polite! She tried her best to remedy the situation but the cook was grumpy and wouldn’t listen. The one star I gave is for her…

To start with employee was carving meat and without changing clothes prepared my food. Had an attitude the entire time from time I showed up till I checked out. Then get home to dry and hard pork. Couldn’t even finish my food. I recommend to avoid. Drive to the one off John Wayne so much better
