I have been ordering the same drink for many years and I have some issues not a lot rare do o get issues with my drink order. But this lady who made my drink with just milk and ice and told me that it’s a decaf drink. No ma’am, decaf coffee is still coffee. It’s not a drink without coffee it’s just a decaf. But she corrected me and said it’s just a frappe with milk and no coffee. No coffee does not make it decaf. I’m sorry

If I could give a lower rating then what i did I would. This kiosk was very disgusting from the floors to the windows, drinks weren’t made right and when I went to notify a crew member was completely ignored, very hateful from the beginning, very disrespectful, made no effort to make eye contact or any conversation. Don’t waste your time or money here unless you want the worst service from a Starbucks in the city of Wichita.
