This place has completely lost its way. The whole appeal of Little Caesars was that “It’s $5! Who cares?” and that I could go, get it quickly, and leave. For some reason, they abandoned the whole idea of “Hot N Ready”. It’s been years since I could walk into this place, get a pizza, and leave. It’s always a long wait and they’re not transparent at all about anything. At this point, every other pizza chain is better and I can get a pizza faster.

About a month ago I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Employees kept walking by and never acknowledged me. I honked my horn several times and even knocked on the window with no results. There was a line of cars behind me. My patience had met my limit. I went inside and ask if someone was working the drive thru and was told it was closed. No signs up anywhere. Last night we thought we would try again. Big mistake. We ordered crazy bread and when we got home,it was burnt. It looked like a big brown cow patty you see in a pasture. I don’t live in town so I would have to drive 10 miles to return the bread . Not giving them any more chances.

Dang, not sure what to say. I sat in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me and 3 behind me so I couldn’t leave my spot. I sat for about 15 minutes waiting to only pull up and be told that pizza would be about a 20 minute wait as they were behind.

Walked in and waited in line by the time it was my turn the cashier lady had gotten on her phone and was talking on the phone. Until she looked at me 5 minutes later. Also the lady pulling pizzas out of the oven was talking on the phone. Bad customer service!

Absolutely HORRIBLE every time I come to this location. Today specifically, I placed my order online at 5:38pm and was told it would be ready by 6:03pm. My friend showed up at 6:10pm to pick it up and was told the pizza was in the oven and it would be out shortly. Then at 6:36pm the man behind the counter tells my friend that they are out of ham and are unable to put it on the Hawaiian pizza that we ordered. He then says the pizza was made with cheese and pineapple only, because there is no ham. Then at 6:40pm he comes back and says that they do have ham and the pizza is being made and will be done soon. I tried calling the store NINE times with no answer. This place is a disaster, and a complete joke. Then when we asked for a refund, no one knew how to issue a refund for the online order. Eventually the manager figured it out and refunded us. This is not the first time I’ve experienced such a long wait, or disarray behind the counter. Management definitely needs to spend more time with the staff in regards to training. If I wasn’t lied to, I would have had no issue leaving and coming back to pick up my order. But because I was lied to, and my time was wasted and I now have two upset hungry kids.. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this location until it’s under new ownership.

We got a cheese pretzel pizza last night. They put pepperoni on it that I didn’t order and it was so salty all over it was like they spilled the whole shaker full in it. I had to throw it away it was so bad.

Stood there for fifteen minutes finally cashier came up asked if I placed an order. I was a bit confused and I told her “Um, No not yet” she then she said oh next shift coming in one moment please step aside and walked away. And then came back and by that time she had other customers and tended to them. I shook my head and walked out.
