I usually don’t complain but I had my bf go pick us up dinner bc I get out of work late and I come home to a taco with so little meat it’s actually funny. during the day they aren’t bad but when they are ready to leave that night shift THEY ARE READY my boyfriends taco was the same too it’s why I even opened mine and looked at it bc he asked if I had any meat in mine.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Iv ordered from here more than 10 times and every single time no matter if it’s the morning crew or night crew. They either mess up my order , forget items and/or put everything in one bag espeically when I order things that should go in boxes. Iv worked as a shift lead at Taco Bell’s for a few years so I understand how to run things and they don’t do anything right. Even when we clearly show them that they made a mistake they always get mad and either walk away or start yelling. I don’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone at all. This is by far the worst Taco Bell Iv ever been to.

Not a very good location, so I’d say avoid if you can. The issue is that for some reason the workers here just don’t seem to care about what they do. The food quality is consistently poor from my experience (crushed, smashed, missing ingredients, didn’t read customizations). It seems like they’re missing a responsible/good leader.

Rude as hell and not sympathetic at all. They accept our order on the app then told us we had to cancel it but they had already accepted it so we couldn’t cancel it. Told us to call to cancel the order but there was no number in the app. We asked if we could sub it for something and they said no. I worked at Taco Bell for years so I know that this is entirely possible and that they didn’t want to help us at all. Never going here again. Plus they were playing their music so loud that I could barely hear the lady and that music is extremely inappropriate to play around customers.

I hate to bring bad light to a place I have leaned on for quite some time, but enough is enough. Unfortunately you just cannot be treated with respect or get HOT food when you come to this place. The “Gentleman” that took my order, cursed me and wished me a real good night after I left. Worse taco bell i been to, Employees are rude, will ignore you. Need to make an order but say you cant comprehend technology or your older folks and they will point you to a computer kiosk and tell you to it that way instead of actually taking your order face to face, this takes away the opprtunity to ask questions you may have about what your ordering or how you want it ordered.
