stopped by here for lunch while visiting town, wow those crab rangoons really don’t even know how to disappoint a customer. absolutely fantastic flavor, and that SAUCE? WOW. so good. i had the chicken hibachi, I asked for my veggies well done and they seemed to have assumed i also wanted well done chicken, super dry and iffy but not on them really as i ordered some of my food well done. overall really great experience and the onion soup was to die for! OMG. if you’re in jasper and want some good Japanese food then this is definitely the place for you

Mis this place! I was charged for a special order. I was given the wrong order. I was Instructed to drive 25 miles back to the restaurant to exchange the order. I asked for a credit the next time I come In . The answer was no. I asked for the manager. The young lady said I’m in charge. I asked for the owner. She said Steve will not call you back. No problem . You just lost a customer.

I’ve order takeout from here several times and have always had bad experiences with the costumer service. The attitudes are disgusting but tonight was the last straw for me. Our server this time was actually sweet but we were given our checks pretty much immediately. Was told “no rush. Take your time” to then being told by the manager if we planned on staying longer we needed to be moved to another table to accommodate a group that just came in. I understand it’s a small building but everything about our experience tonight was unprofessional. After checking out, my boyfriend last minute said he wanted something to go. So i tell my server that i MAY have a Togo order but wasn’t for sure. The manager then approached our table and asked if we had another Togo order and that if i wanted to place one I’d have to go up front. (Which is fine) but i didn’t understand why the manager had to be brought into it when my server could’ve told literally told us that then. Just the whole experience was unprofessional in my opinion and could’ve been handled differently. Considering me and my friend both have been servers for years and have seen similar situations handled in a better manner. We won’t be back.
