1st time having lunch at The Coffee Company. What a great and varying menu….lots of delicious salads and sandwiches. The chicken salad croissant with seasonal fruit was very tasty and generous. The Seasonal Fruit Plate with the option of Egg Salad was super good….the fruit was perfectly ripe and flavorful. We really enjoyed our lunch together…..thank you.

This is definitely tied as one of my favorite coffee places in the tri cities. The atmosphere is fantastic and is definitely the kind of place you can spend all day at. Coffee was fantastic, very flavorful but not too sweet and still have a bold bitterness that coffee should have, the seasonal menus is so cool and really creative with combinations I’ve never seen before. As far as baked goods, I’ve only tried the Harvest muffin, which was moist and dense, but all of their baked goods looked delicious. I will definitely be frequenting this place when I’m in the area.

Delightful spot for coffee. I had to order decaf, and they had it already brewed and in a thermos dispenser. It was so excellent that I was sure it wasn’t decaf — except that I had two large cups with no jitters. The refill was 50 cents, which makes perfect sense to me in today’s economy (I would have charged a dollar!). Very efficient and friendly staff, clean floors, tables, coffee station, and chairs. Beautiful vintage surroundings. It was a 35-minute drive to Elizabethton just for a cup of coffee and I’ll go back again in a heartbeat!

We love the coffee company! Everyone on staff is so great, we get great service from Josiah, in particular. Very professional, and kind! I always get the chocolate chai, it is one of my all-time favorite coffee shop drinks. My partner always gets the traditional cappuccino, and says it’s one of the best in the area! It is also a great place to work in the day, if you are able to work remotely.

The sandwich was excellent. However, the sides are served in such small portions, I would consider them to be sample sized. The drinks are served in small cups and most drinks have limited refills. The service was unfriendly and inattentive. Drink refills were slow and refilled incorrectly. The dessert was ok. The place is cute for a one time visit but I would not likely go back.

The best coffee I’ve ever had. The trail mix flavor is to die for! Everyone working there is super nice, the ambience is great, I only wish they were open later! It is my go-to coffee shop, even though I live 20 minutes away and there are closer shops to me.
