This little restaurant is packed with flavor. The food is good and mostly consistent. They are reasonably priced as well. I recommend going on Tuesday because they have taco specials. Today wasn’t a good day the chicken was old and dry. I understand you’re trying to save money but this was not okay. I will be back but will be sure to o try my food before leaving.

I eat here 3 – 5 times per week since it’s just down the road from my office, and I’ll keep doing that as long as I work around here. The consistency and quality is top-tier and the staff is extremely friendly. The pastor burrito is my go-to with the hot carrots on the side, unless it’s taco tuesday when they have really good deals on tacos!

Delivered me my best sweet corn tamales ever (3.10.20)! It was my last supper, stateside before my international adventures and simultaneously, the 2020 global shutdown happen.

My daughter found this place because we wanted some authentic tacos. We came and they didn’t have tacos, but she got a Birria platter and I got a Birria Taco Bowl. YUM! We are it for days and it was still good. The prices are affordable, too!

Ordered two carne asada burritos with no pico de gallo. Guy at the front assured me they didn’t come with pico, just onion and cilantro. I asked him if I could get one burrito without the onion and cilantro. I end up with pico de gallo in both of my burritos (tomato onion and cilantro). Was kind of funny they even marked which one didn’t have the pico even though both had them. Also for the guy in the front pico de gallo = tomato onion and cilantro. You would think a Mexican place would know that

I’m in LA from out of town. I was just looking for a decent place to grab a bite of food quickly that wasn’t fast food. I’m so glad I chose Maria’s Rico Tacos. I decided to grab the breakfast burrito. To be honest, I was blown away and very surprised. While the establishment isn’t super fancy or high quality, you would never know based off of the taste. Staff was overly friendly and helpful. They must have said thank you to me at least 6 times before I left. I’ll will most definitely be coming back.

Tried three taco places in LA for this visit. This was the first one and the best one. I prefer the corn, soft, street tacos. Great flavor. Other places had crispy taco shells.

We were craving tacos after leaving LAX and found this gem. The Pollo was so, so flavorful, and they didn’t skimp on the meat or guacamole. It’s definitely a top pick if you are in the area!
