I’m truly not a big fan of ice in my drinks due to teeth sensitivity. As I was cleaning out my purse today going through receipts I realized Duncan charges me $.25 because I asked for little ice? I guess they figured the average consumer would not notice $.25. I know I didn’t. I now know Dunkin is losing a customer.

Staff was not friendly & they sold “day old” donuts. I will never visit this location again. I remember when Dunkin Donuts sold the best donuts, sandwiches & drinks. This location is an embarrassment to the company.

Silent Dreamer
Sat in the drive thru for a good 10 minutes and never got waited on. Mind you this was around 3 PM so they were definitely still open. When we finally got tired of waiting we drove up to the window and the guy sees us and waves us off. Never approached us or opened the window. Just waved us off. Terrible customer service, you need to fire this guy because clearly he can’t do his job right. Regardless I will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered new brown sugar oat latte ..paid $5.18..and got medium coffee with brown sugar flavor which I could have gotten for free.. didn’t feel like driving back but always check your drink before you leave the store or drive through window!
