The pizza was good, and there was a great salad bar. The macaroni and cheese were great but cold. The broccoli soup was awful. It had a strange taste and gooey texture as if they scraped the bottom of the pan when it scorched or stuck. I asked about a certain pizza, and they made it and brought slices to our table. I will definitely go back because of pizza, salad bar, and the great people.

The girl helping me was so nice. Was really fast with getting my pickup order. Love that there’s a drive thru. Wings, pizza, calzone, and lava cake was one of the best I’ve had in a while. However hate the pepperoni was under the cheese so all the toppings would slide off

Good pizza for a good price. It’s nice that it’s a buffet too. The staff are nice and do a good job. The pizza is hot and tastes good. If they had more selections for types of pizzas that would make it even better. Nothing special really but your usual pepperoni, sausage, Canadian type choices. All good though.

I usually enjoy Potter’s Pizza but this visit was a bit disappointing. The Salad Bar had lots of almost empty containers. The Waitress never took away the dirty plates and only brought clean ones after we asked.

I’ve always had good experiences with delivery and take out pizza from here but we decided to go inside and try out the buffet, and I was wholly disappointed. I was really looking forward to the salad bar, and this was the main reason I came. The salad bar had lots of empty spots and the place wasn’t busy at all. The only lettuce they had available was iceberg. The air conditioner was also out and I truly questioned the food safety of some of the stuff sitting out as some of the ingredients seemed warm to the touch after I put them on my plate. There was only one fresh pizza and the rest seem to have been sitting out for a while. The service situation was very confusing and I feel like they should just let you pay when you enter instead of making you wait on a server to seat you and bring you a check at the end. They only serve one thing…. a buffet, so I don’t see why you should have to wait on a check to go up to the counter to pay if you’re all just getting the same thing. To add insult to injury, I was really disappointed to see what was cut up chicken thighs soaked in sauce on the bar. If you aren’t going to do something right and still charge the same price for it then you shouldn’t do it at all. I understand the supply shortage situation but it would have been much less offensive to serve something else or nothing at all in place of the wings if you didn’t have any. Cutting corners on quality while still charging the same price for something is not a sign of a successful business. I’d like to see this place stick around but I really don’t think the quality is there for the price. I could have gone to Chilli’s for around the same price and had a much better meal. I hope this place can turn around but I am not hopeful. When we went there were about 10 employees while the only two that seemed to be working were the two ladies in the dinning room.

I really didn’t have to wait long for my food.. I ordered it when I was there. On one side you see spaghetti bowl that’s supposed to feed 2 to 3 people. On the other picture you see a pizza that is half a 1/2. 1 side is Barbecue chicken pizza and the other side is plenty of pizza. They both Dishes were delicious

I was up there Yesterday, at the brownwood location , a Fight Broke out in the middle of the restaurant of a guy in blue Shirt pretty sure hes a manager yelling at the host who was a young man seemed to be in his teens from what i can recall because im pretty sure everyone heard it , it was about the most stupidest stuff you could imagine, it made everyone uncomfortable, and i felt bad for that young man. Needs better management than that, that was lowsy and unprofessional. I would be embarrassed and shamed if i was that manager , I will not be eating there when he is working because i will stand for a man to bully a child over nonsense.
