Visited on 8-27 at 3:30 pm. The quality of ingredients was not up to the chipotle standards. The store was clearly in distress there were no napkins utensils or condiments after waiting for 10 minutes patiently for an associate to knowledge me, I was yelled at for reaching to grab the utensils we needed to enjoy our food. I pointed out that I was waiting for help and there were no utensils out on the stations and was still chastised. I tried my best to enjoy the food and hopefully it won’t keep me from visiting other chipotles in the future.

This Chipotle in Kings Plaza, Brooklyn, NY is a total wasteland!!! A dump. It’s filthy! Dirty tables, floor is disgusting, ZERO air conditioning! The cashier, Saphyre, was an absolute delight! The one star is for her. And on top of all this, they have the nerve to play music loudly. What in the world?? How can you have a vibe in a dirty and dark place like this? This place is a a stock owner and stakeholders nightmare!!!

the person who attended us was very rude, not friendly at all, he put the ingredients in the bowl without asking, the food was good but the customer service was terrible I will not return to this place. all the tables were dirty the floor is leaking and the drinks area is very very dirty.

Where do i even start. The last time i was here they were only taking cash. Thought I’d give them another chance. It was empty, the place was dirty and had a bunch of trash on the floor. To make matters worst the chicken was salty and the fountain machine isn’t working. -.-

They close the eating area 2 hours before the shop closes. They still let people sit there but won’t let you eat inside which is something they should warn you about before you wait in line to purchase the food. Bought a drink for no reason just for them to tell me I can’t eat there.
