Kinda upset. I got one piece of chicken with no meat on it. It was just skin. Don’t get me wrong the skin is good. Also my chicken wrap had no coleslaw ☹️ it’s crazy how much you pay and you don’t really get 2 pieces.

Tried to order and they had no crispy. Waited for the crispy then they had no original. Apparently they don’t sell chicken at this KFC. Apparently KFC isn’t concerned about their reputation. This all happened at the dinner hour and the store wasn’t that busy.

We pulled up in the drive through and placed an order at 6:18 for two classic chicken sandwich combos, one with no mayo, and one pot pie. They said the fillets would be an 11 minute wait. Fine. After waiting 23 minutes, I go inside and they’re bagging it. Okay still fine. Get out to the car and find both sandwiches have mayo. Go back inside to get the problem fixed due to the food allergy of the person that no mayo was ordered for, also told them why I’m complaining. The manager acted like it was our fault and could hear her talking about looking at the receipt, which was never asked for. Get the food home and the chicken in the replacement sandwich was not fully cooked. We were the only car there the whole time and they don’t close until 9:00. Do better.

My Father’s Day meal supposed to be a16 piece meal they were a little short on the chicken so my wife settled for 8 wings supposed to be 4 breasts and 4 tenders so I think we were being very generous with them so what a surprise it was when we got home and had 8wings 2 breasts and no tenders why? I don’t understand why the fryers are turned off so early , I as a young man work as a cook , it seamed that we cared about our customers if they ordered food 5 minutes before closing we cooked it , it seams to me that that one simple rule has been forgotten by KFC ! THE CUSTOMER IS KING !

We ordered a simple pot pie combo and a three piece chicken combo. The pot pie carrots were still crunchy in the. The chicken combo was supposed to be extra crispy, but was regular. The biscuit was almost raw in the middle. When I went to get another one, the worker saw me standing at the counter, but went behind the equipment.
