I used to always get great service and food with the original owners. I went inside to eat and after 35 minutes they came and told me I’d have to order something else! Then today, delivery, my jalapeño poppers were black and burnt to a crisp! I have pictures to go show them! What has happened to our Catlettsburg Giovanni’s under this new management? This will probably be deleted, I’d be ashamed also.

Service upfront is just not good . Picking up takes way longer then it should and getting seated is no better . I went in late and never saw anyone inside so I just came back home . Foods great but service is a no .

I am from Florida and I went to west virginia to a family reunion. this is one of the places we ordered from. it was the best food in Logan we have ever had. I hope some day they come to Tampa Florida the people here would love it as much as we did. So please consider coming here giovanni’s you already have some fans waiting for you. The calzone looks great but even taste even better if that makes since.
