I love Dominos. But really hate people that don’t believe in making a good product. Or making sure standards are met. Those who know me understand quality and customer service and me. Good looking food tastes better than bad looking food. It is disigned to be made a certain way. when it is not it looks and tastes worse than it is supposed too.

This Dominos not only messed up my order but charged me almost double what it should have been! When I called to get my money back, they would not refund my card for the correct amount after admitting that they messed up. I asked for a manager to call me and they never did. Avoid at all costs!

I have had nothing but problems ordering from this store. This time I made an order online for delivery only for my order to be cancelled because they don’t have a driver. If you don’t have a driver for delivery then you should not be able to make orders online for delivery. I indicated I would wait for a driver but they just cancelled my order. Also, they quit including red peppers as a topping. I give up on you Dominos!!

What a waste of time, called to order delivery…… no problem, be there between 9:06 & 9:16…. called at 9:20 only to be told “oh, we’re not delivering tonight”! Why the he’ll did you take my order then? And why do I have to wait 2-5 days for a refund for an order you never intended to deliver in the first place! Order something from literally ANYWHERE else, the food can’t be any worse and you’ll have a better chance of actually receiving something.

Everything was way over cooked. They said they were busy & it would be 20 to 25 minutes but was more like 50 minutes & I only went there for the tatar bites & I will never order them again. I could not pull the totes off the wax paper they were so burnet & my Moms chicken was the same. I had ordered a large sausage pizza with extra cheese had very little sausage & didn’t look like any cheese but like I said way way over cooked.

Unbelievably bad service. Pizza ordered for pickup and notified ready at 6pm. Don’t get pizza until almost 7, employees and manger could care less. Not greeting customers or asking about order. Won’t be back, ever.
