I had a problem in the app trying to do a half pepperoni order, so I called into the store to try to order the dinner box for $13.49 or whatever it was. The guy told me my total was closer to $30, and the $13 price was actually the savings, not the cost. So I went back to the app, ordered it regularly and paid the $13. I don’t know if this is a training problem, a scam on his part, or if he needs a drug test. I used to order once a week from this store and never had a problem. I don’t know what’s changed, but I’m disappointed.

I ordered curbside pick up and the young lady ran out to my truck as soon as I called with a beautiful smile and was very polite. I got the pizza home and it was more than I expected at a very reasonable price. It tasted great and I ate too much

Customer service is horrible, I normally go pick up my order and most of the time the employees are outside playing instead of working. My last order was placed for delivery after a hour of not receiving my food I decided to call got the hot line which inform me they abandon my order and still charged me, and were closed now and I wouldn’t get my food. The lady refunded me and offered a $50 credit said it would be under my phone number. when I call they said it’s no credit I needed to talk to the customer service line and when I asked for the customer service line the manager got rude told me I need to go find it online. He said we don’t have it to give to customers and hung up in my face as I asked for his name… also most took a trip there but not worth the time.. need people who want to work and have better attitudes

I understand you’re new to the door dash platform, but please use your DAMM brain and quit being ghetto. Do NOT door dash the order out to get a dasher assigned until AFTER — AFTER — you have completed making the food, or are within a few minutes of order completion. No one’s gonna sit and wait on an order that hasn’t been started yet for $2.50 pay. Use your BRAIN. This is why door dashers keep unassigning and your customers get cold unappealing food delivered.

I had trouble ordering online and had to change my password. Ordering was easy once I got to the menu section. The delivery time was longer than usual. The crust was soaked and very soft. The pizza was warm, not hot. The pizza tasted good because all the toppings were very good.

I have ordered twice online. They deliver faster than I thought. However both times my pizza was burnt… The boneless wings the, second time want seasoned. Both my ordi were very similar. I even put in the comment box online ‘ Please don’t burn’. On the second order because the first order was burnt… Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me… I’m starting to believe no one in this area can cook.
