Wow! Halal Mexican Birria tacos!!!! I would have never imagined! So the food was very good. Flavor all over! I got the chips and guacamole and that was good. Tried their chicken and beef bowl and it was also good. But what stood out and what really made the journey to this location worth it was the BIRRIA TACOS! I’ve always seen them on TikTok and really wanted it but 1, I did not want ti make it and home and 2, it was not halal. Must try if you are in the area or planning to visit. Thank you Guac time.

Similar in many ways to chipotle but certainly better. Very fresh food, cilantro aioli was fantastic, need to really look over the choices before starting your order. A lot of choices, but limited in how many you can use (choose wisely my son!). Sad that the guacamole was an extra $2 but everything was quite good!

I went to the Guac Time located Downtown Brooklyn and the customer service was impeccable! The food is better than chipotle in my opinion. I got the Honey chicken Chipotle Taco bowl. The customer service was good . the food was excellent, the honey chicken and steak was cooked to perfection , my friend had the vegetarian bowl and the impossible meat was delicious as well . Not forgetting the churros to complete the perfect meal! Will definitely recommend this place !

I liked this place. There’s no reason to go to Taco Bell in my opinion. Is it authentic? Probably not. Are we in Mexico? No. I love the crispy ground beef tacos and it seems that they make the shells fresh which is a big plus
