We usually don’t go to McDonald’s but the kids were begging so we decided to go. The guy at the speaker was difficult to say the least lol as in he would give me my total after every item I ordered, I only.had 4 items and I kept having to tell him I wasn’t done ordering. Then we were asked to pull over to the side to wait, so problem. We waited over 25 minutes before I had to go inside and get our order. We won’t be back to this location and hope all the 1 star reviews reach who it needs to help them create a better environment and expereince for everyone.

One day I sat in line at the drive-through waiting for my order to be taken and no one came on the speaker to take my order. They continued taking the other side but ignored the second side. Then when I asked the guy who’d gone out for a smoke break, he said it was his window.

Don’t come here if you expect to get your food! I ordered the grimace meal online and it said it was available at the store. I paid extra for it because you know it’s a large promotion. So we get there and they give me a burger and fries. No drink, no shake. So I ask them what’s up and the person behind the desk is super awkward and keeps staring at my girlfriend creepily and won’t stop staring at us. He just hands us a empty cup instead of getting the sprite no ice I had ordered. I ask for the milkshake and they tell me they don’t have it. So I ask for a refund and they tell me they can’t even refund it! The entire time the cashier has no clue what he’s doing. So the manager comes over and just offers me a coffee and I keep saying I just want the shake or a refund but they refused to return anything. Overall very uncomfortable with the staff and terrible service!

Went to the drive-through. Got a frappe…. Got told to park. Waited 7min still no frappe. Went inside to get my frappe everyone looked at me and no one was helping me. Until the manager had time. Frappe was done just sitting waiting for me to go get it. If you get told to park don’t park! Wait at the window for your food or walk in to order.. I’d recommend other two McDonald’s this is new but lacking

It is what you’d expect from a McDonald’s. Fast, fresh food – kids love it. My order was hot, prepared correctly, and brought to our table. The kids play area was almost cold – grear for a hot summer day. Plenty of parking. Clen, including the restrooms.

Usually havent had a problem here but last night (sunday 7/02) at about 11:20pm or so I went and got a quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries. Right after eating it I felt a little weird but just thought that it was because it was late, i was tired and its been awhile since ive had heavy fast food. Well a few hours later I woke up and I did not feel good at all and started throwing up. Ive have been nauseous all day and have had other stomach issues. Definitely food poisoning, ive been miserable all day. Like I said ive been here before and its always been great. Just want to make sure this gets looked into and doesn’t happen to other customers.
