This place has improved since my visit last year. Clean, lots of options. Coffee machine was cleaning but didn’t mind waiting since we were waiting for breakfast anyway. The lady at the register made our drinks when the machine was available and brought them right to us. Everything was great

The restaurant was absolutely horrible. We waited over 40 minutes for a pre made meatball sub to be put in a toaster to melt the cheese. There were 3 employees that were looking around cluelessly. There was no form of organization. I am upset that L’Auberge would allow a business to be within their business and be so chaotic that all customers are upset and confused. If I could leave a 0 star I definitely would do so.

Night shift staff has bad attitudes and poor work ethic. The guy with black hair needs to check his attitude before he speaks to customers. The last two times I have been in this establishment his attitude has been real nasty(smells like someone needs to get fired). There was also a guy with braids who scratched his head and proceeded to pet a dog and went back to preparing food like it was nothing(nasty). I have no idea who trained them but they need to be retrained and why is there never a manager around? The food is alright but the entire staff needs to be thrown in the trash.

Blessing In Disguise
This place has really good chicken paninis and desserts. But the pregnant black girl and the girl with the reddish magenta highlights in the front area of her hair have disgusting attitudes. Other than that this place is okay.

I purchased several items and did not check our bag. On our way home realized they didn’t bag all our items. I didn’t ask for a refund nor did they offer to replace our item when we returned. Too pricey for the service they offer.
