I absolutely love Taco Bell, and each location varies, of course. This is, by far, one of my favorites! I got my beloved $5 Box and a Grilled Chicken Burrito, and waited maybe 2-3 minutes for it. When I brought it to the table and started opening it up, I couldn’t believe how loaded each item was! The taco, chalupa, both burritos, and even the cinnamon twists were packed to the brim! And so fresh! Major kudos to these folks for going the extra mile! I’ll drive a little extra to come here!

Don’t go here, there’s a white woman who looks like lard who will say sadly, yes we’re open if you ask her if they still take orders at the drive through. Embarrassing. Why work there if you feel that way? Food was also so cold and looked like it was touched. I had to throw it away, couldn’t eat.

I ordered a dorito taco supreme no lettuce and three soft taco, two supreme and one regular. Both supreme with no lettuce. First, they forget the third regular soft taco so we have to go all the way around the drive thru again to get it. Then upon further inspection I notice that one of my supreme soft tacos had lettuce. The dorito taco wasn’t a supreme so paid more for no reason. And the hard shell was stale! Never eating here again..

I was excited for the idea of a kiosk for my transaction, the kiosk was easy to use, I ordered my burrito and an iced coffee. After waiting a couple minutes a gal working the counter set a cup on the counter and said we don’t have coffee and immediately walked away. I don’t drink soda and only wanted some coffee because I was going to be driving 3 hrs. I waited for her to return and explained I would just take a refund because I only wanted coffee. She said they don’t do refunds but I could have a free taco voucher on my next visit. I didn’t want that, just a refund for the coffee. She again said they don’t do refunds and I said we’ll if the kiosk would not have allowed me to order a coffee when it wasn’t available then I wouldn’t have ordered it. She said the taco voucher was the best she can do. I asked to talk to someone else and I saw her go to her manager who could then be heard shouting “I’ll fix the coffee machine we’re not doing a refund” eventually some coffee colored beverage was placed on the counter. It was watery and undrinkable. Due to the hostility I received, I wasnt comfortable talking to them again, and I won’t be visiting taco bell anytime soon.
