Amazing authentic Mexican food!!! I eat there almost every day they are open lunch and dinner! Tamales are so fresh and tasty, large burritos, the pork on the tostada with black bean, yes! You have to try this place! Sandra and her family and wonderful and always provide fast service. Love the Jarritos drinks.

Best Taco Truck in the Tri-state area! I had the Pork Burrito that was the best. Large, filling and delish. The staff are always nice and friendly. There tacos are great too. And if you get a chance you can’t beat their pork tamales. Unfortunately they are only open a few days a week.

Really good food! Little Taco stand with great prices and great food! Try the tacos el pastor, pork carnitas burritos and fried gorditas. One of the best taco trucks I’ve visited. Right next to Casey’s gas station.

Food is very good and authentic Carthage’s lucky to have them . It is Not just hamburger ground up and thrown in with different ingredients it is good Mexican food. Those that would not like this eat way to much Taco Bell.

Spectacular!!!! I real treat out here. So delicious it made my taste buds dance and sing!! I’ve got to memorize the hours of when they are open and when they are not. There is no broken heart like that of craving this food and showing up and they are not open.

I am usually skeptical of food trucks, but this place exceeded my expectations! I had the chicken tostada and it was AMAZING! The chicken had a yummy seasoning, the shell was crunchy, there were avocados, sour cream, and tomatoes! I wish I would’ve went back for a second time while I was visiting!
