Before I begin, I work retail full time and know its not easy. I never leave bad reviews but this was the most bizarre experience. We have been on the road for hours, just wanted to stop in for a quick bathroom break and to grab a few donuts. Went up to the door, no sign posted the lobby was closed but the door was locked. Another guy walked up and I said I think they might be closed, and he said no he was meeting someone here and they definitely weren’t. 15 seconds later an employee comes and opens the door for him and let’s me in. She and him go to a booth and literally start cuddling in the middle of the restaurant. Strange, but okay. I use the bathroom, the other lady working (very nice!) takes my order, I get my donuts and walk out. My mom was waiting in the car with our dog as I went in, and she goes in to try to use the bathroom. She knocks on the door, the girl with her boyfriend doesn’t even walk over at first. She waited another 30 seconds and keeps knocking on the door and finally the girl stands up, shakes her head no. My mom walks back to the car, and as we’re leaving my mom was taking a picture of the two sitting there to leave a review, and this girl just flips us off. 1. Put a sign up if your lobby is closed 2. Maybe don’t keep people on staff who would rather snuggle with their boyfriend in the restaurant than do their job and flip off customers¿ Again, never write reviews because I get service work is hard and stuff happens, but this was the strangest thing and getting flipped off for it was just the cherry on top.

This place is incredible, stopped by there early this morning for a simple cup of black coffee (Friday 16 June 2023). I was told that I could only get coffee if I ordered at the kiosk (it doesn’t take cash..) or through a mobile order (requires a smart phone). They made it impossible to purchase coffee by just walking up to the counter, ordering and paying cash, in whose world is this acceptable.. everyones world except mine apparently.

Have tried several different times to use this location ( different times of the day too). They are always having issues – out of items we try to order, won’t take orders inside the store (will tell you that you have to order on the app), etc. Stopped today & was told they could only take mobile orders due to system issues. Tried to place a mobile order & the app says it couldn’t connect to their store. Will not be wasting time attempting to use this location ever again because each time I have ever tried to order from here – there has been an issue on their end & we leave empty handed with time wasted.

The lady helping me at the speaker in drive thru was great! The boy at the drive through window was unpleasant. He didn’t say a word to me and then just started at me and said huh? It’s sad to think that a business this great has to pay him probably $10 per hour.

Pulled into Dunkin parking lot to get something to eat and drink and use the facilities at about 7pm. Unfortunately they were closed due shortage of staff – 3 people quit and 2 people called out. However the 2 lovely ladies did open the door and asked if we needed to use the facilities, so they let’s us, but we had to go through the drive thru to put in our order, which was fine with us.

So let me get this straight, some local guy named “Robbie” running his business just hangs out in the lobby all day and stares at you, blurts out things loudly across the room, and looks at you constantly when he walks by. He doesn’t have his own office or at least act like the property isn’t his? What a creep. Not comfortable at all and typical dumb foreigner behavior. Why does the business allow this?

The staff was nice, but service was slow. The lobby was closed due to staff shortage. I’m assuming service was slow due to staff shortage as well. If you’re heading south on 301 I would hold out for the next dunkin about 10-15 minutes down the road.

Do not try to place a mobile order for pick up. They never unlock the front door, and you have to sit in the drive through line for 15 mins. People are nice but this location is terrible.

Do not intend in going when it says it opens. I just tried to go get coffee before my early shift on the weekend. It says it opens at 5. I got there at 5:20 and all the lights were off but vehicles were there. I tried to go to the drive thru with no luck. Looks like the workers need to show up on time. Great way to start the morning.
