I was actually really sketched out by this place, we got there and it is a sketchy looking dive bar juggling at least 3 different names (this plus wild west junction and long horn saloon). We stood around confused for a couple minutes before any staff talked to us. The prices were way higher than I saw on here and I just did not trust this place to make a steak actually worth over $30…

Not impressed. Service was slow, food was mediocre. Lots of soggy French fries to fill up the plates. Messed up on 2 of our 5 orders, I never did get my sweet potato fries that I ordered (and pointed it out when our food was delivered).

Was told to just take a seat anywhere we liked and someone would come help us. We had a table of 6, sat down within 3ft of the table that had their register set up. 25 minutes went by with not a single person even saying hello to us. Two servers were working, going back and forth, in and out of the back dining area where we were. At times just sat at the table inputting orders, other times, it just looked like they were sitting on their phone. After they helped 3 other people right in front of us, order/pay bills, we got up and left.

My wife and i went to this bar hoping for a good steak dinner. It was after a trip to the grand canyon. We walked in to the bar no one greeted us everyone was sitting right on top of eachother and we had to go to the bar to order our food. We waited in the bar for over an hour for our food when finally the waitress came up to us and stated that they had forgot to place our order. At that time we had enough because we sat and watched six other patrons get there food that walked in way after us. We were treated horribly and we felt like outsiders. They will never get another cent from us

The place could be a little gem “but” the employee John is another story, treated there female staff members poorly as well as the customers, we had to send our steaks back due to they were still freezing raw John came back out with one steak and was rude to the whole table as if it was our fault the steaks weren’t cooked, John started yelling at the table and was very aggressive, very poor customer service and a very poor work environment for the serving staff, hopefully in the future there able to find better management,,
