This specific store has screwed me over for the last time. Sad the amount of chances we gave them, just to be overcharged and screwed for the last time. 10/10 do not recommend unless you really enjoy being charged for items you repeatedly never receive. Accidents happen, but this happens every time. To the rectify the situation they do nothing.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong style of pizza and went to pick it up. My daughter was very disappointed so I asked if they could kindly give us the style we meant to order and they very graciously did! Excellent customer service! I typically order delivery from this store and always tip the drivers good but this store in specific sucks. I usually order a medium pizza and such and it come out with either too much sauce, not enough sauce, the pepperoni looks grey / burnt and the crust is thin as paper in the middle. I have considered changing where i get my pizza when i give the store chance after chance. used to be good but now this place has lack of care

The pizza was very good but the attendant who greeted me at the counter called me boss. I think that’s absolutely ridiculous. A customer should never be referred to as boss. That’s a sign of complete disrespect.

Whatever crew was working Friday night 11/19 deserves a raise, delivery driver included. Not only was that the best pie I’ve ever had from Domino’s, but the pizza was scorching hot when it arrived & I got lava cakes for free. (And I lived in New Haven CT for 2 years) Not the first time I’ve gotten a solid pizza from this location, but it’s the first time I’ve genuinely been impressed. My girlfriend and I like to order once weekly, usually Sundays, but we may need to switch to Fridays now haha.
