Went in last week and ordered 2 mushroom and Swiss. Only one burger.. Steve offered to replace with a combo when I came back. Good! Went today for it. Steve had the order made. Got back to eat, no burger in the burger. Called and waited 10 minutes with no answer.

Best fast food in town and this is their best location. Love the indoor seating area! Staff was busy but so nice. They explained it would be a few minutes, but I had my food by the time I filled my soda. Everything was hot and fresh. Of course the fries are the best, but the yellow buns really make the sandwich. Keep up the great work!

I ordered a baconzilla combo and some cheese sticks. Long line at the drive thru, I understand. Get to the window and asked to pull to the front of the store. Another 25 minutes goes by and so I walk into the store to ask what happened. It’s now been almost an hour since ordering 1 sandwich. I am completely ignored for several minutes. At this point I don’t trust the crew not to mess with the food if I get it at all. I guess they stole the money and refused the service.

I am not sure if the lady was the manager or supervisor. She had a positive attitude, supervised the workers, happy spirit, customer friendly, patiently helping me figure out how to use mines & the wife T-Mobile/Rally apps for our freebies that went with our orders. KUDOS!!!

They have a stupid A.I robot that takes your order. It missed half of my order. The person taking my order told me to wait in front of the restaurant and they would bring it to me. Of course it was wrong. Had to go inside and wait another 15mn for them to fix the burger and fries that the a.i didn’t pickup on in the drive thru.

They have an AI taking orders at the drive thru. She got my whole order correct with a little stumble on my part. However, the Cashier ruined the experience. I asked her to repeat my order back to me. It was the Cashier not the AI with who got the order wrong. Instead of saying I’m sorry, she said “Well, did you say that” with an attitude.
