Nice big Burger King without a drive thru. It’s super clean inside which I’m always happy to see. They keep the bathroom clean too and it is light years better then the last few burger kings I’ve been in. Foods okay. Fries have been like warm and tasted stale the last few times I’ve went. And my buns were stale and like they’ve been sitting out in the air sadly. I’m glad they’ve gotten my customizations right. 5/5 stars for their customer service and staff, always friendly and without attitude that the other stores have. Went here on May 12 around 8:30 pm some Indian kid named Dubias took my order and tried to charge me for sauce this is the ONLY burger king that does this and there ripping people off I put my phone on record and have the whole convo he said I’ll give you 1 sauce for free you have to pay for other one when I ordered more then one meal. I asked for the manager because he was simply playing games while there was a long line behind me his response “I am manger” when he wasn’t he was in regular employee dress code NOT the manager dress code then he denied to get the actual manager he tried to triple charge me for 2 sauces for 2 meals we argued back and forth I told him I had him on record he got scared and only charged me for one sauce then I left. It doesn’t matter the price of the sauce it’s the fact that THIS location is ripping people off. LAST TIME I EVER go to this location again and will NOT give a good review. The video is being sent to corporate.

It only took a few minutes to get ringed up and get my food at this Burger King located in Cedar Grove. There were plenty of seats vacant, I didn’t feel cramped, and my food was warm. I especially loved the fries from my Impossible Whopper meal. The burger was great, too! It really tasted very close to, if not just like meat.

The impossible whopper meal is supposed to come with medium fries and medium soda, they use “small”. And if the promo says small fry and small soda they use the smallest soda cup I have ever seen. When I questioned the woman who took my order, she said “this is what the owner said to use”. That’s fraud.

Omg this people were the worst!!!! We went here like 15 minutes before closing and they were rushing us because the wanted to leave and I get it I work in customer service but they were saying rude things about us in Spanish and guess what we speak Spanish too… LOL… We we’re taking out but come on…. It’s not worth it just cook your own burger at this point…
