Pulled up to drive thru this morning on Alabama Street and was greeted by a young man named Byron Brooks! For the first time in a very long time I could understand the person who took my order. This young man was friendly, courteous, worked with speed, excellent example of a great employee…he is worthy of praise. I told him to never change! Very refreshing, excellent food and service with a smile…he deserves praise from Hardee’s top people. If for some reason you have not been to this location…try it. Go Byron, wish you much success with Hardee’s or wherever you go!

Just a horrible drive through experience. Food was good but when I pulled up to the window they were blasting n word rap music. Employees were cursing up a storm about other customers coming through. I’m sure the manager was involved with these conversations. I come here for good food and service and all I got was trying to muffle my kids ears from the awful experience.

Food is great, a bit over priced but great tasting, the staff were nice enough also, but like most places the staff is lazy and not very sanitary, one employee walking around in sandals, using his personal cup to dig ice out of the ice maker for his drink seconds after fixing my drink, and handling all of my food without gloves including dropping some of my fries on nasty counter and still putting them in my bag

The prices are a little high for fast food but it is completely worth it. They actually have really decent burgers and the meat is different from other fast food places. It actually feels and tastes like you got it from a grill at home with homemade ground beef. The chicken sandwiches are also very good. I also love using the coupons they send me because they are always super helpful and the staff is really nice. Also they have fund raisers for military families and service members which I appreciate considering I am a service member.

Their service is great, people who work here are great family oriented people who work to make a living. The bacon eggs and cheesw biscuit is amazingly delicious. Prices can be a little steep, but with a coupon you won’t be complaining about price.
